Our Online Sales Between Private Individuals

Asynchronous Auction: a sales method that involves conducting a bidding process with successive raises, to be carried out within a specific time frame.
Synchronous Auction: bids are made at a rapid pace during predefined intervals every 120, 150, or 180 seconds. The bids and the adjudication are communicated at the end of the auction by the sales delegate.
Mixed Asynchronous Auction: participation bids can be submitted either via certified email (PEC) or in a sealed envelope deposited with the sales delegate, and the auction is conducted simultaneously online and at the physical sales location.
Expression of Interest Collection: this sales method does not impose any obligation or legal constraint on the interested party, and receiving expressions of interest does not create any obligation or commitment, nor does it confer any rights on the parties expressing their interest.
NB: All expressions of interest require an irrevocable deposit, and if expressions of interest are received by the deadline, an auction among the bidders will be held starting from the highest offer received.
Offer Collection: this sales method involves inviting participants to submit improved offers.
NB: Offers higher than the one already received must be irrevocable and accompanied by a deposit.
Buy Now: allows the immediate purchase of the item; the interested party can purchase the item at the indicated price without the need to participate in a competitive bidding process.
