Real right of usufruct of apartment and related appurtenances, with garage, located in Milan, Citylife area, a few meters from the M1 Buonarroti metro stop. The elegant home is located on the fifth floor with a cellar on the third basement floor of the building in Piazza Michelangelo Buon-narroti n. 32, the garage is located in the basement with driveway access from Via Tiziano. The real estate unit is included in a pentagonal-shaped building with four facades that face outwards: the building rises on nine floors above ground and three floors underground. The building was built in 1956, with a load-bearing structure in reinforced concrete and stone cladding on the facade.
