Real estate complex located along Via G. Zoli, leaning against the side of the hill above, built
in 1935 it was used as a factory for the preparation of aircraft; This compendium is spread over several levels in
consideration of the elevation trend of the terrain. Access is from Piazzale Francesco Baracca

in any case be intended for uses, even of a temporary nature, likely to cause prejudice to the
its preservation or in any case not compatible with the charterand artistic of the asset itself. At
this regard any change in use, even if it does not involve a change in the architectural consistency
of the property, must be authorized in advance by the competent Superintendency, pursuant to
Article 21, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 42/2004 as amended; 3. Pursuant to art. 21, paragraphs 4 and 5 of Legislative Decree 42/2004 and
subsequent amendments, the execution of works, works and interventions of any kind on the property is subject to
prior authorization from the competent Superintendency. Any excavations must also be
communicated to the Superintendence for the evaluations of competence. 4. The asset, as declared
of interest, is subject to the interventions referred to in art. 29, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 of Legislative Decree 42/2004 and subsequent amendments, or
conservation, prevention, maintenance and restoration; 5. Pursuant to art. 30 of Legislative Decree 42/2004 and
